A group of retirees and pensioners from the Telecommunications Company staged protests in multiple cities, including Tehran, Sanandaj, Gilan, Isfahan, Ilam, Kermanshah, East Azerbaijan, and Bijar. The demonstrators voiced their frustration over economic hardships and called for the equalization of pensions, demanding that their salaries be adjusted in line with inflation and the rising cost of living.
Protesters emphasized that they have been neglected by authorities despite years of service and insist on immediate action to address their financial struggles.
