Mojahid Korkor, has been sentenced to death for the second time.

Abbas Korkori, known as Mojahid Korkor, has been sentenced to death for the second time.

Korkor, currently imprisoned in Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz, received the new death sentence from the Revolutionary Court of Ahvaz. His previous death sentence had been overturned by the Supreme Court, which ordered a retrial in a parallel court.

Fouad Choubin, the uncle of the late Artin Rahmani, shared on social media: “During a brief phone call today, Mojahid Korkor told me, ‘They took me to the prison warden's office, put a document in front of me, and said, “Sign and fingerprint this—it’s your death sentence.” I said, “Wasn’t my sentence overturned?” The warden replied, “Your sentence wasn’t overturned; it’s still a death sentence.”’”

Korkor’s sister has also confirmed the news, stating they have learned that a new death sentence has been issued against him.
