Mohammad Broghani was sent on leave

Mohammad Boroughani has been granted a 10-day furlough. He was previously sentenced to death for charges related to armed struggle during the National Uprising in Pakdasht, Tehran province.

However, last fall, after his case was retried, his sentence was commuted to 5 years in prison and 10 years of exile to the desert town of Naein. He is currently on furlough.
