Meysham Basirtawana was released on bail.

Meysam Basirtavana, the brother of the late Mehran Basirtavana, has been released on bail. On August 6th, Mr. Basirtavana was arrested at his workplace following a raid by the Islamic Republic's security forces.

Mehran Basirtavana, a worker in a Fuman cookie factory, was tragically killed during the national uprising in Iran. He was shot by regime forces in Someh Sara while trying to help a woman who had been shot by the Islamuc Republic forces.
