Khosro Ali-Kordi Arrested and Taken to an Unknown Location

Khosro Ali-Kordi, a licensed attorney who had been prosecuted and sentenced for representing justice-seeking families, including those of Abolfazl Adinezadeh and Erfan Rezaei Navaei—victims of Iran's 2022 uprising—was arrested after being summoned by the supervising judge at Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad. He was subsequently transferred to an undisclosed location.

Ali-Kordi, who also served as legal counsel for Fatemeh Sepahri, a monarchist political prisoner, and her brothers Mohammad Hossein and Hossein Sepahri, had been serving his sentence under a "semi-open imprisonment" arrangement.

On Tuesday, December 24, after being summoned by the supervising judge at Vakilabad Prison, Ali-Kordi was detained and moved to an unknown location. His current whereabouts remain undisclosed.
