According to shared reports on the statistics of Baluch children's killings between 2017/2018 and 2025, at least 85 children (under 18) have either lost their lives or been injured due to direct gunfire by Islamic Republic forces.

Many of these children were shot solely for living in the deprived regions of Sistan and Baluchistan.
Even children under the age of 10 have fallen victim to the repressive policies and brutal actions of the Islamic Republic’s forces.
The shooting of defenseless children and attacks on fuel carriers' vehicles are part of a systematic project of massacre and suppression in Sistan and Baluchistan—a crime the Islamic Republic has been committing for years in blatant violation of international laws against the oppressed people of this province.
