Arvin Ghahremani, an 18-year-old Iranian Jewish citizen, was executed on Monday, November 4, in Iran after being convicted of "premeditated murder" during a street brawl.
Over the past two years, human rights organizations, the Jewish community, and his family campaigned to prevent his execution, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Ghahremani’s lawyers filed three appeals, all of which were denied.
